When you register for your Paycycle account we create a sample set of accounts for you, as well as sample payroll items. To integrate effectively with Xero, you need to walk through a four step process to update these details. I
1. From the Chart of Accounts tab under Settings, Import the Chart of Accounts from Xero into Paycycle.

2. Next. change your list of default accounts. This information can be found on the Employer Settings tab which is listed under Settings.

3. Next, you will need to update the pay slip items in Paycycle to ensure that the account listed matches your new default Chart of Accounts.

4. Once, you have removed all of the Paycycle sample accounts from any pay slip items you can then delete them on the Chart of Accounts Page.
