Overview of Settings in the Partner Portal

This article will provide you with an overview of the Settings tab within the Paycycle Partner Portal

The settings tab in the Paycycle Portal has for different drop down options.

1. Billing
2. Partner Settings
3. User Accounts
4. Change Password

Billing

The Billing tab is where the Paycycle Partner can enter in their Billing information. Once, the billing information is complete we will then provide you with an invoice each month for the clients that are currently under your Partner Billing Plan.

Partner Settings

The Partner Settings tab is where you fill out all of the pertinent information about your practice. This will provide us with all of the appropriate details in order for us to issue an invoice and set up your Partner Account with Paycycle.

Partner Portal : User Accounts

The User Accounts tab allows you to invite additional users from your practice into your Paycycle Partner Portal. For additional information on this tab please see How to Invite Your Staff into the Partner Portal

Change Password

To change your Pacycle Password you will need to enter your current password and then select your new password.

* Please remember that your Paycycle password must be at least 7 characters long and contain at least one alpha-numeric character (*&!%&@)

For example : p@55wOrd (don't actually use this password. It's too easy to guess :)
