Granting or Revoking Access to a User in the Partner Portal

This article will provide you with a brief description of how to grant or revoke access to a client in the Paycycle Partner Portal.

From the Partner Portal home page choose the client for which you wish to add or remove a user. Next hit edit.

If a user does not have access to the client their will be a line through their name. To grant or remove access for a particular user simply tick or untick the box next to their name.
