Invite Employees to the Employee Portal

For your employees to be able to view their payslips or apply for leave through the employee portal, the first thing you need to do is invite them to Paycycle as Employees (not as standard users).

Step 1

1. Click Payroll
2. Click Employees

1. Click on the employee you'd like to invite to the employee portal

Step 3

1. Click Options
2. Click Send Portal Invite
