Before you finalise the termination of an employee please ensure you have followed all of the steps from our article on processing a final termination payment.

After processing the final termination return to the employees information tab.
From the options drop down menu choose Set Termination Date.

In the pop window set the employee's Termination Date.
Note: Once employment is terminated, an employee's past records will remain available. However, they will no longer appear in new pay runs.

After you have set the termination date it will appear under the employment tab.
You have now completed the termination process.
