This article will provide a brief description of how to change the management of a Paycycle account from the Partner directly to the the Client.

First log in to Paycycle and open the client you wish to remove from your partner portal by clicking on the organisation name.

Once, you have opened the client's account go to the Settings tab and then User Accounts.
To ensure that the file is not deleted you want to confirm that the client has access to their Paycycle Account.

Now that you are under the User Accounts tab confirm that your client has access to their Paycycle Account.
If your client does not have access to their account you can invite them in by clicking on the Invite New User Tab.

Once you have confirmed that your client has access to their account you should then return to the Partner Portal by going to the drop down menu at the top left hand corner of the screen and clicking on the Parntner Portal.

Now that you are back in the Partner Portal hit the edit button for the client that you wish to remove.

Next click on "Remove this client"

Are you sure that you wish to remove this client from your Paycycle Partner portal? If so, hit Yes and the client will be reverted to direct billing. Please note that you will all access to the client's payroll data.
